WHAT AN EXPERT SAYS: Floral and fruity nose, showing lots of mineral notes and a hint of sweetness. Spice and earth, black forest ham and forest floor. Bramble and blackcurrant bushes. Astringent and food friendly, hints of cooked persimmon, charcoal and burnt ash, cigar ash. Complex and intriguing, with very unique flavours that are more akin to wine.
