There is plenty of depth and good length, a sort of bitter soy finish with some good astringency will make this a good match to a variety of different food stuffs. Long and pleasing.

Sweet and with plenty of umami, tea leaf and salt. Long and intriguing, it keeps you coming back for me. Orange peel on the finish, lemon sherbet.
