WHAT AN EXPERT SAYS: |
Earth, spice, mushroom and raw cherry, banana, peach and strawberry. Salt and minerals, with lots of complexity. Scallops, sea breeze and plenty of elegant red fruits. Complex, long but subtle and elegant without any overbearing points, beautifully balanced, versatile and complex with good umami (tea leaf) on the finish. |
